We want to make sure the return process is as smooth as possible for our clients. However, due to the nature
of our
products, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Eligible merchandise can be refunded to Thrill Me for store
credit only
within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.
We apologize but we do not refund for the following reasons:
- Did not like the item
- Ordered multiple sizes
- Ordered multiple styles
- Did not fit/sizing inaccurate
- Did not like the quality
- Not what I expected - different than pictured
Store credit will be issued after our team processes the refund. This means we will need to examine the
photos of videos
of the damaged product you sent us. Refunds are usually processed within 7-14 business days.
You will be notified by email when we issue your store credit!
We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped on the same day that it's placed if ordered before 2pm
EST. Orders
placed on a Friday after 2pm EST or bank holiday are shipped the first working day back.
During peak periods, including sales, please allow a few extra days. We will send confirmation details,
including all
tracking information, as soon as it's shipped.
Please note that all orders placed on a non working day will be shipped the next working day.

confirmation
